The Enrolment Process is explained in the diagram below and further information can be found in the Pre-Enrolment Information Pack under Downloads.

Enrolment Process:

Step 1

Student receives, reads, and understands CTIC's Student Pre-Enrolment Information Handbook |

Step 2
|
Student completes and signs (pages 2, 5 & 7) Enrolment Application form and attaches the following:

Step 3
|
Student sends in application for processing:
|

Step 4
|
If the student meets the entry requirements, a Letter of Offer and invoice will be issued by the college |

Step 5
|
Student makes payment for the course and OHSC as indicated in the invoice |
|
Step 6
|
CTIC will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment |
|
Step 7
|
Student applies for a student visa |
|
Step 8 |
Balance of tuition fees must be paid on time as per invoice. If fees are not received on time, the student will be restricted from attending class, until fees are paid. (Student will be reported to DIAC for non-payment of fees). |
