Options

Certificate and Diploma courses offered at CASS are nationally recognized and all Certificate courses can be completed within one year, while a Diploma can be completed within one year or studied part-time over two years.

It is also possible to combine two Diplomas and study the necessary modules concurrently. Requirements vary between students and their needs so we encourage you to make an appointment with the Principals if you are interested in graduating with two Diplomas. Fees for the second Diploma are adjusted to reflect only the additional study undertaken.

It is important to note that because we are a small and personable college we are able to support our students through their studies in a much shorter time than that taken by larger institutions.

Please note: we reserve the right to alter courses in line with industry standards.

Intakes

We have several intakes of students throughout the year, so it is possible to join a face-to-face course at CASS approximately every 5-6 weeks. For Years 10 and 12 students, the most appropriate joining date is in January, whilst Year 11 can join in October. Distance students may commence at any time.

Employment

As you may be aware, graduates from CASS Training are very successful in obtaining employment whether within the region or in capital cities. We believe this is the result of the care and attention our facilitators give our students and also the depth and variety of skills and knowledge taught.

Boarding

If you do not have relatives in Coffs Harbour and wish to board during your studies, please let us know, as we can put you in touch with people who take private boarders, or with Real Estate Agents to arrange rental premises. Some students like to share accommodation and we are happy to introduce you to others with this interest.

Fees

There are many options available at CASS Training. We pride ourselves on the quality of our training and on the flexibility of delivery. There are also many ways in which course fees can be paid. Fees displayed on this website do not include textbooks or manuals. Beauty Therapy and Nail Technology students will require Student Kits. Please contact us for further details.

The National Australia Bank has offered to extend its Student Loan facility to our students. Please note that normal banking requirements apply, for example students must be over 18 and require a guarantor.

You can also "mix and match" your studies plus it is possible to complete two Diplomas at the same time-depending on the modules. Please ask for individual costs and advice.
